Trevor Heaney - approx 40k

Dear Robin Hood, I first want to say thank you. Thank you for what you have already done to struggling families that have nowhere else to turn. You truly do your name proud. From the depths of my soul I beg for your help. I am writing on behalf of myself and my beautiful bride to be, Brittany Kohlmeyer. We are set to get married May 1st of this year. I am so excited to marry the love of my life and my genuine soulmate! Unfortunately, as in love as we are with each other, our marriage is not starting off on good financial ground. My fiancee, previously married, was literally left with 35k in debt that her ex-husband dumped on her. Her husband went to a well known and extremely expensive business school in Arizona that cost upwards of 60k to attend. While he was going to school full time, she worked to get them through school. This was not enough and they had to rely on credit cards to help with bills and essentials. They also owned a duplex and many of the repairs/improvements were put on cards. So they end up divorcing and something gets lost in their paperwork stating the decree and that each would take half of the consumer debt. Her ex found this out, immediately took his name off all the CCs and left her to pay 30k off while making $17/hr in CA. To her amazing credit, she has been faithfully making payments, while literally budgeting down to the penny to survive. I have my own debt, mostly from a housing investment that went south. A partner and I bought a house right before the market went south. Not knowing the future, I put most of our improvements on CC and we were never able to sell the house and it is now listed as a short sale. With school debt, I am in the hole around 20k myself. I have decided to go back to school, I am working part time making minimum wage and with my fiancee's salary we will be looking at paying off this debt in about 40 years. Please help take the burden of this debt off the shoulders of a couple that is just starting out their lives together. You will have made a life long friend. I hope this hasn't been too long, and I hope that I won't repeat too much in my video. But I thank you for even just having the opportunity to submit this video to you. May God bless you as you continue to help those struggling to get back on their feet. Gratefully, Trevor Heaney
