Donna and David Wallace are incapable of having children. They have tried IVF twice with no success which has put them into debt. They cannot afford to adopt as they are already in debt. They are wonderful people and deserve to have a child. They have a beautiful home and have great family values. They would make wonderful parents. Wouldn't it be nice to give them the opportunity to adopt? Money is their only obstacle.
